Shipping
Can we get INTO YOU Cosmetics internationally?

How can I track my order with INTO YOU Cosmetics?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also track the progress of your order directly on INTO YOU tracking page.
Where is my order shipped from?
All items will dispatch from INTO YOU Cosmetics warehouse in China or US.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship out on the same day if the order is placed before 7 pm PST. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days to fulfill your order.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
We provide worldwide shipping and free shipping for different order values based on different countries. Please check here for more detail.
What if my package is marked delivered, but I didn't receive it?
If your package is marked delivered and it still has not been received within 4 business days, please reach out to the INTO YOU Cosmetics Customer service team at support@intoyoucosmetics.com and we will discuss the next steps from there.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Sure! We understand there is sometimes a second thought. Please contact us here within 1 hour after placing your order and we will help you cancel the order ASAP. Please note that we cannot make cancellations for shipped orders.
Can I change or modify my order?
Definitely, please contact us here within 12 hours after placing your order and we will help you modify the order ASAP. Don't worry about the wrong shipping address, we will help you with it before and after the shipping.
Do you guys offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of damaged products, please contact us here once you received it.
We also provide a 30-day return policy starting from the day received, which is only eligible for returning unused products in their original packaging with the sealing sticker. We will provide the address and the customer needs to pay for the shipping fee, the refund will be returned to your original payment method once we receive the package and approve the return.
My items received damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us here immediately with your 5-digit order number. Please provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
I received incorrect items, what should I do?
Please contact INTO YOU here immediately with your 5-digit order number and please provide multiple photos of all the products you received from INTO YOU Cosmetics.
How can I check the status of my order?
There are 2 ways to check your order status with INTO YOU
1. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email and the order status can be checked from the email.
2. Sign in to your INTO YOU account here and click on "My Orders", you will be able to view all your orders and the current status of each order.

I refused my delivery, where is my refund?
Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please contact us when you refused the delivery and allow up to 3-7 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay and so on. All orders will be checkout in US dollars.
How to pay with Gift Card / Coupon Code?
You will receive an email with the code. You may enter the code when you are checking out at the discount code field. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the gift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.
If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.
Products
Does INTO YOU Cosmetics test on animals?
No. INTO YOU is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We promise not to test products or ingredients on animals.
Are INTO YOU products vegan?
Yes. All our products are only contain vegan ingredients.
When do INTO YOU products expire?
All unopened products have a three-year shelf life. All of our products feature a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol that reflects shelf life of the product once opened.
Does INTO YOU products contain parabens?
INTO YOU promises all our products are paraben-free.
Are INTO YOU Cosmetics safe to use while pregnant or nursing?
Your health and safety are major important to us. Although the hype is real about our high-quality ingredients, we always recommend consulting your physician about the use of our products during pregnancy or while nursing. What is "LIP MUD"?
Lip mud is created by INTO YOU and it's an innovative type of cosmetics with a soft mud-like texture that promises a lightweight, matte finish on the lip. It's super easy to glide on and has high pigment.
